That depth of commercial law experience shapes how Vista Law Corp approaches incorporation: building corporate structures meant to hold up under scrutiny, not just pass through the Registry.
Vista Law Corp was founded on a simple observation: most BC incorporation services optimize for speed and volume, leaving founders with bare-bones structures that need costly rework the moment they raise money, bring on a partner, or sell the business.
